Do you have an idea for a business? The theme of this pitch contest is “Fresh Ideas” so if you have a local food, agricultural, or “green” idea this pitch was made for you! That said, all ideas are welcome to apply – we consider both for-profit as well as non-profit organization ideas. Apply, get selected, and you’ll have 2 1/2 minutes to pitch your idea to a panel of judges (a la Shark Tank). Our pitch contests are a great place to present your business idea, build experience presenting, and get valuable feedback from industry-expert judges. You might even win some money to assist with startup! Ideas in all stages are welcome. We will host a workshop in advance of the event if you want some tips on how to organize your 2 1/2-minute pitch. Pitch contests are fun to watch!
