25 Hours of Music and Car Show Vendor Registration

This is the vendor page to register and find information about participating in either the Car Show on June 16th or the 25 hours of music concert and pcinic on both June 15th and June 16th.  

Since we are offering a picnic this year instead of the past years' craft fair we are limiting food vendors.  In order to offer a variety of options to participants, we will only allow certain additional types of food vendors.  The following items are already being offered and we are not taking any further requests but you may select something different to sell. We will add to this list as vendors register. 

Items not available to sell
Concert and Picnic:  hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, breakfast sandwiches, alcohol, soda, water, ice cream. 

Car show: Water and coffee.

Vendor spaces for the Car Show are $300 each and include a 10 x 10 space along main street.  Spaces are available for selection in order of registration.  Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs and anything else the may need.  There are no generators or electrical extension cords allowed.

Vendor Space for the two day 25 hours of music concert and picnic are $400 each and there are only 10 available.  Space may be selected in the order of registration.  You will have a 10 x 10 space available but multiple spaces can be purchased.  You will need to provide your own tent, tables, chairs, and anything else you need.  Some electric may be available for food vendors.
