Deborah Converse, CEO
Deborah joined the Chamber in 2008, bringing with her 20+ years in nonprofit work, including Fundraising and Development and Energy Conservation. Deb has served on several area boards, including the Centerville Historical Museum and Cape Cod Center for Sustainability; and several affordable housing committees on both the local and state level. Currently she is an elected commissioner and chair of the Barnstable Housing Authority. She earned her B.A. from State University of New York at Potsdam and her M.S. from Lesley University. Deborah lives in Centerville with her greyhound, Adela.

Lee McGraw VP, Business Development
Joining in 2008, Lee comes from the non-profit sector. She’s worked for a social services agency in New Hampshire, and most recently on the Cape, ran the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod for two years. Her chamber position has Lee overseeing sales and marketing efforts, as well as attending and exhibiting at tourism trade shows in New England. In her spare time, Lee enjoys sitting just as quietly as possible in the company of her dogs Diana, Fergie and Oliver.

Jessica Tinti, VP of Operations
Jessica joined the Chamber in 2006. She has a background in finance and accounting, and oversees operations for the Chamber, including administration of the JFK Hyannis Museum and the Cape Cod Baseball Hall of Fame. Born and raised on Cape Cod, Jessica, has worked for the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, and is a 2009 graduate of Curry College.

Geoffrey Converse, Marketing & Sales
HACC’s newest staff member, Geoff has spent most of his life on Cape Cod and is currently a resident of Centerville. He has worked for the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, as Director of Golf Services and Marketing, a program initiative he created. For HACC, Geoff concentrates on membership and sponsorship sales, and helping to run the Chamber’s events. Geoff continues as a sports writer for the Cape Cod Times, covering local events and writing a weekly golf column during the golf season, and a sports blog for CapeCodToday.com
