Boat Builders Show on Cape Cod
The 6th Annual Boat Builders Show returns February 10-12 to the Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis. Custom and limited-production boats in both wood and fiberglass are on display. Boaters looking for something other than off the rack, production boats will discover more than 50 exhibitors and a large variety of custom-built sail and powerboats. Potential customers can get a first hand explanation of how the boats are built and what the detail and differences are as they move from builder to builder. Visitors have been surprised to discover that they can buy exactly the boat they want, built just for them, at a price similar to that of a production boat. Show hours are: Friday 2PM-7PM, Saturday 10AM-6PM and Sunday 10AM-4PM. Admission is $5.00 per person, 12 and under FREE. The show is presented by the Cape Cod Marine Trades Association. Grand Opening & Reception for "Breath of Spring" exhibit
Cape Cod Art Association presents “A Breath of Spring,” an open juried artists’ exhibit and sale. This exhibit will run from February 23rd to March 19th. Join us for the exhibit’s Grand Opening & Awards Reception on Friday, February 24th from 4–6pm. Wine, cheese and refreshments will be served. The Cape Cod Art Association is located at 3480 Route 6A (Main St.), Barnstable, MA, 02630. It is open seven days a week, Mondays through Saturdays 9am-4pm, and Sundays 12pm-4pm. Cape Cod Art Association is a non-profit group of over 1,000 members serving the community with a variety of art programs and events.
