The Cape and Islands United Way is "much more than money". During the last two "Day of Caring" events hundreds of volunteers "did good" throughout the region.
We are proud to be the single largest non-governmental funder of human service programs on the Cape and the Islands. We provide over $ 1,000,000 of local program support annually. Read More
The mission of the United Way is to improve people's lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities. Across the country, the United Way activates community resources to make the greatest possible impact. The United Way system includes approximately 1,400 community-based United Way organizations. Each is independent, separately incorporated and governed by local volunteers. Read More.

Message from the President, Richard Brothers
Hello, and thank you for making a visit to the Cape and Islands United Way website. With the generosity of our donors, we have addressed the issues of homelessness, domestic violence, mentoring of young people, care for our senior population, literacy, basic human needs and on and on. In fact, we are the single largest non-governmental funder of human services on the Cape and Islands.
